Before any work is done on your foundation, An Accurate Foundation Repairs technician will sit down with you and go over each step of the repair process so there are no surprises. The steps are:
Step 1
The first operation you will see will be the site preparation, AFR professionals will relocate any plants or shrubs from the work area.
Step 2
The driving of the pilings, during this process it will be necessary for our workers to have access to several electrical outlets. Each piling is then driven to it's required depth and the proper caps in them place on the top of each piling. Concrete blocks are then placed in between each piling.
Step 3
The last step in raising the foundation to it's original elevations. Hydraulic Jacks are placed on top of the pilings and the house is carefully raised and blocks and steel spacers are added to bring your home back to original specifications.
Step 4
Once we have fixed your foundations problems, we restore your landscaping, replanting shrubs and trees and repalnt the grass to return your property to as close to it's previous condition as possible.
